1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

2. TICKET PURCHASES

All ticket sales are subject to the following conditions:

• Availability: Tickets are subject to availability and may sell out quickly.
• Refunds: Unless otherwise specified, all ticket sales are final.
• Seating: Seating is assigned based on order of purchase.
• Changes to Events: We reserve the right to make changes to event schedules, movies, or venues.

3. SMS PROGRAM

• Program Name: Fork n' Film SMS Alerts.
• Program Description: Subscribers receive (a) waitlist availability alerts when a previously sold-out show has a seat open up, and (b) reminder messages approximately 24 to 28 hours before a purchased event, which may include an offer for optional add-ons.
• Opt-In: SMS is sent only after you provide your mobile number AND check the SMS consent box on either our waitlist signup form or our ticket checkout page on forknfilm.com. SMS is optional; you can purchase tickets and receive event information by email without opting in to SMS.
• Message Frequency: Recurring messages, frequency varies. Typically 0 to 1 message per waitlist signup (only sent if a spot opens) and 1 message per ticket purchased.
• Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.
• HELP: For help, reply HELP to any message, email info@forknfilm.com, or visit forknfilm.com/contact.
• STOP: To cancel SMS at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. USE OF THE SITE

You agree to use the Site solely for its intended purposes. Prohibited activities include impersonating others, disrupting Site functionality, and copying or distributing content without authorization.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles, California.
